Art is therapy… and therapy is even better over coffee with friends!
Join me for my next Ladies' Art Social where you will create beautiful works of art through collaboration with other women. You do not have to be an artist. I repeat, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE AN ARTIST. This event is for adults of all skill levels. We will be working with watercolor and ink, and all materials will be provided.
We will begin with a brief tutorial on basic watercolor and pen techniques, and then I will give you prompts to get your creative juices flowing. Every 15 minutes during the event, you will pass your piece to the person next to you and they will add their own creative marks to it! By the end of our time together, you will witness the beauty of artistic collaboration as the pieces make their way around the table.
There is absolutely no pressure to create a masterpiece because the direction of the piece is out of your control (that’s the therapy part!), and it’s so satisfying to see how the pieces come to life!
A delicious brunch and coffee is included. Plus, you'll leave with an original 8x10 abstract piece that you create yourself AND you will receive a digital file of your favorite collaborative piece, emailed to you after the workshop. You can use this file to order a variety of Print-On-Demand products through sites such as Printful, Society6 or Spoonflower.
